Menu Access:
Desktop: Left-hand menu is always visible.
Mobile: Tap the hamburger icon in the top-left corner.
Main Sections:
Store: Browse and purchase carbon removal products, organized by type.
Greenpoints:
Redeem points for gift cards.
View your points statement and transaction history.
Plans & Pricing: See all subscriptions for individuals, families, and businesses.
Support: Contact Greenpoints via chat or submit a support request.
QR Code: Share the app with others using a QR code.
User Settings: Manage account info, recipient email, business info, carbon certificate details, and view your Greenpoints summary.
Quick Access:
Click or tap the Greenpoints logo to return to the home screen at any time.
2. Creating an Account
Optional: You can browse and make purchases without an account.
Automatic Account Creation: If purchases are made without signing in, Greenpoints will automatically create an account for you to store your points and track your activity.
Manual Account Creation: For full access to rewards, points statements, and subscriptions, sign up using your email.
Account Benefits:
Track all your climate-positive actions.
Earn and redeem Greenpoints rewards.
Manage carbon removal certificates and business info.
Access exclusive offers in the Action & Rewards Store.
3. Earning & Redeeming Greenpoints
Overview:
Greenpoints represent verified CO₂ removal actions.
Points are earned from:
Offsetting flights or vehicle emissions.
Subscribing to carbon removal plans (individual, family, or business).
Wrapping debit or credit cards with Greenpoints.
Making purchases in the Action & Rewards Store.
Redeeming Points:
Redeem points for gift cards, discounts, or eco-friendly products.
Access your points and transaction history in the Greenpoints section.
Points can be redeemed starting from as little as 100 points.
4. Making Purchases
Purchases can be made with or without an account.
Without an account, one will be created automatically to store your points.
With an account, points and rewards are stored under your profile for easy tracking.
5. Getting Support
In-App Chat: Accessible via the support button.
Help Center Articles: Search for answers to common questions.
Contact Form / Email: Submit a request if your issue isn’t resolved via chat or articles.
